How do I create a work schedule?

Create a schedule and set the sequence of working days and days off. You can set up a repeating cycle or a weekly schedule, and the calendar will automatically continue it for the selected period. The simple version uses day shifts. If your schedule includes night shifts or other shift types, create them in the schedule settings and add them to the appropriate days in the cycle.

Can I create a schedule with day and night shifts?

Yes. For each workday, you can specify the shift start and end times, including overnight shifts that continue into the next day. The calendar will use the specified times when calculating total working hours.

What types of shift schedules can I create?

You can create almost any sequence of workdays and days off, including repeating shift patterns with both day and night shifts.

Can I calculate the number of shifts and working hours?

Yes. The calendar automatically calculates the number of shifts and total working hours for each month based on the shift times you specify.

Can I add vacation, sick leave, overtime, or other events?

Yes. You can mark vacations, sick leave, overtime shifts, birthdays, days off, and other events on the calendar. You can also add notes or information to individual dates.

Can I save my shift schedule?

Yes. You can save your schedules to your account and access them from other devices.

Can I create multiple shift schedules?

Yes. After registering and signing in to your account, you can create multiple separate schedules—for example, for different jobs or family members—and easily switch between them. You can also combine schedules to see shared workdays and days off.

How can I share my schedule with someone else?

Click Share next to the schedule name. You'll get a link that you can send to someone else so they can view your schedule.

Can I export my schedule to another calendar?

Yes. With a Premium subscription, you can sync your schedule in the ICS format and use it with calendar apps that support this format.

How can I download my schedule as a PDF or Excel file?

Click the corresponding button next to the schedule name. You can download your schedule as a PDF for viewing and printing. Excel export is available with a Premium subscription, allowing you to continue working with the schedule in a spreadsheet.

How can I set the standard working hours?
