Hours are based on shift time

Set the start and end time for each shift. A shift that crosses midnight is split between its actual calendar days. Shortened dates from the selected calendar profile reduce the duration.

Pay per shift or per hour

With pay per shift, the entered amount belongs to the whole shift. With hourly pay, the amount is multiplied by the calculated duration.

When a shift crosses a month boundary, its hours and pay are allocated to both months proportionally.

Calendar profiles and standards

A calendar profile stores holidays, shortened days and monthly hour standards for each year. The same profile can be reused by several schedules.

Choose the weekly standard in general settings and fill only the months you need.

Reading the totals

The period summary shows shifts, accounted hours, earnings and balance against the filled standards. Each month has its own footer with detailed values.
