Compare schedules and find shared days off
Place several schedules in one table and quickly find dates when everyone is free.
Open comparison
Sign in, create the schedules you want to compare and press “Compare schedules” in the display controls.
The free plan can combine up to four schedules. Premium removes this product limit.
Select schedules and a month
- Mark the schedules needed for the current comparison.
- Choose the year or displayed period.
- Switch months using the tabs above the table.
Read the table
Each row is one schedule and each column is a calendar day. The “Free” row shows how many selected people are available on that date.
Days when everyone is free are highlighted and listed before the table for quick access.
Return to one schedule
Press the active comparison button again. Your selected schedules remain saved; this only changes the current view.
