Quick start: create your first schedule
Choose a known workday, check the 2/2 example and get a calendar for the year in a few minutes.
1. Start with the simple mode
A new schedule already contains a 2 workdays / 2 days off cycle. The simple mode keeps only the settings needed to check the result.
Simple and advanced modes use the same schedule. Switching the interface never deletes shifts, events or payment settings.
2. Set the first cycle day
Choose any date that you know was the first workday of the cycle. It does not have to be today or the first day of the year.
The calendar repeats the cycle both forward and backward from this date.
3. Check the result
- Open the year or select a period and number of months.
- Compare today’s status with your real schedule.
- If the sequence is shifted, correct the first day or edit the cycle.
- Sign in and save when the result is correct.
When to use the advanced mode
Use it when you need night shifts, custom shift times, payments, hour standards, calendar profiles or events.
Try it on your schedule
