Is this a subscription?
No. It is one payment for lifetime Premium access to the personal Shift-Calendar account.
Is the corporate product included?
No. Staffing, replacements and employee time tracking will be a separate service with its own pricing.
Where is payment information stored?
Payment details are entered on the Robokassa side. Shift-Calendar stores only the order information required to activate Premium, not your card number.
Can I use Premium on another device?
Yes. Sign in with the same Shift-Calendar account; Premium and your stored schedules are linked to it.
What about refunds?
Refund requests are handled under the public offer and applicable law. Contact us and include the email used for the order.
