Print, PDF, Excel and backups
Choose the right output format and safely restore schedules from a backup.
Print and PDF
Open the print dialog to choose portrait or landscape orientation, calendar details and the year-on-one-sheet layout when available.
The browser print window can send the result to a printer or save it as PDF. A background image may be added before printing.
Excel
Excel export creates a separate sheet for each displayed month and includes the table, totals, shift composition, hours and available financial values.
Comparison export places the selected schedules and common availability in the same monthly workbook.
Workspace backup
Workspace backups and restore are available with Pro.
A JSON backup is intended for restoring data, not for reading the calendar. It contains schedules, reusable calendar profiles and rooms owned by you in a versioned format.
Keep the file in a safe place, especially before a large edit or moving to another browser.
Restore safely
- Open “Backups” and select the JSON file.
- Review what was found before applying changes.
- Choose the available restore mode and confirm.
- Check several schedules, calendar profiles and rooms after import.
