How offline access works

Premium automatically prepares a local copy of your saved schedules when you open the schedules page online. No separate offline mode or app installation is required.

If the server or internet is unavailable later, the calendar opens that copy in read-only mode and shows when its data was last updated.

Prepare another device

Open your schedules once while connected on every phone, computer and browser where you need offline access. Each browser keeps its own copy.

The online status menu above the calendar shows whether a copy is available on the current device.

Keep the copy current

When you use the calendar online, saved schedules and their events refresh the local copy automatically.

After reconnecting, reload the page to return to the current server version and editing.

Privacy and removal

The offline copy stays only in this browser, including after you sign out. Use “Clear offline copy” in the connection-status menu if other people use the device or you no longer need the copy.
